Company Description D&D Healthcare, established in 2018, is India's largest ventilator manufacturing company and one of the fastest growing healthcare startups. The company specializes in ICU equipment, including DVT pumps, suction pumps, and various types of ventilators. D&D's R&D center is located in Noida, equipped to rapidly develop high-end ICU equipment. The company is recognized for supplying the largest number of ventilators by a private organization to the Indian government during the COVID pandemic. Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Noida is for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role involves developing HR policies, managing talent acquisition processes, conducting employee engagement activities, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Employee Relations and Performance Management experience to handle grievances and improve employee performance Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance to ensure adherence to legal standards HR Policy Development and Implementation skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred Work Experience At-least 6 Years in human resources At-least 2 Years in leadership role Location Preference Residing within 20 km radius of Noida
