Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations in their designated region, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting with potential clients, preparing sales reports, training and mentoring sales team members, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular travel within the region may be required to visit clients and attend industry events.
