Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business for

  Secured HL & LAP

  products.
• Handle both

  field-based Relationship Managers

  and

  head-office RMs

  .
• Guide and mentor team members to deliver high-quality output.
• Build and maintain strong customer, DSA, and channel partner relationships.
• Ensure compliance, quality sourcing, and portfolio health.
• Drive sales targets and support business expansion initiatives.
• Travel as per business requirements across assigned locations.

Experience / Skills Required

• 4–5 years’ experience

  in Secured HL & LAP products.
• Graduate;

  MBA preferred

  .
• Strong presentation skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in

  Marathi / Hindi

  .
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and drive decisions.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work under pressure.
