Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai & Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

 

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced and driven Regional Sales Managers to lead our field sales operations in Mumbai and Delhi. This role demands a proactive leader who thrives in client-facing environments, builds strong relationships with CXOs, and drives strategic growth across the region.

 

Key Responsibilities

•         Own and drive revenue growth across the assigned region through direct client engagement

•         Conduct regular field visits to meet with CEOs, CFOs, and other senior decision-makers

•         Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and enterprise clients

•         Develop region-specific sales strategies and execution plans

•         Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutions

•         Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy

•         Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and achievement of monthly/quarterly KPIs

 

Qualifications & Experience

•         Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

•         4–5 years of ERP Sales, B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role

•         Proven track record of engaging with CXOs and closing high-value deals

•         Strong understanding of the Mumbai and/or Delhi business landscape

•         Experience in SaaS, IT product & services, manufacturing ERP preferred

•         Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

•         Willingness to travel extensively within the region
