Looking for dynamic, proactive, and inventive Business Development Managers to join our professional team. Responsibilities Discover new business opportunities for sales and marketing of software solutions offered by the organization. Develop new clients for the Company's ERP (process manufacturing)/SFA/SaaS-based software products and services. Understand client requirements and educate them about the suitable solution that can meet their specific requirements Responsible for end-to-end sales cycle, right from lead generation to deal closure with BANT Approach Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets. Negotiate with clients to drive maximum business. Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM). Present the product demo and elaborately describe the introduction, benefits, and features of the same. Management of the entire sales cycle. Depending on business requirements, BDM may be required to travel across the country to develop existing or newer opportunities. Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; and handover to the account management. Requirements Experience: 3-5 yrs (With CRM, HRMS, and IT Software Sales). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the software industry. Strong understanding of software products and services, including SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise solutions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of driving results. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for account management and sales tracking. Preferred ERP, CRM Cloud Experience, and Internet Promotions and Sales.
