Regional Sales Head

Role Overview

As the Regional Sales Head, you will spearhead Bhionix Group’s expansion across North India’s enterprise, public sector, and startup ecosystems. You will manage state-wise sales leaders, build regional growth strategies, and engage at CXO-level across technology parks, industry bodies, and government forums.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Sales Leadership

  • Lead and manage sales managers in Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, and Lucknow.
  • Oversee city-level operations in Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Dehradun, and Agra.
  • Align all state teams with group-wide targets and strategies.

2. Revenue & Target Management

  • Deliver revenue growth across IT, SaaS, ERP, AI, and platform offerings.
  • Build a sustainable pipeline in government, healthcare, education, and enterprise sectors.
  • Ensure quarterly targets are consistently met and exceeded.

3. Strategic Planning & Market Penetration

  • Define tailored GTM strategies for metro and Tier-2 cities.
  • Expand reach into state governments, public sector enterprises, SMEs, and large corporates.
  • Strengthen Bhionix Group’s footprint in NCR and northern industrial belts.

4. Client Relationship & Key Accounts

  • Manage high-level CXO relationships with government, industry, and enterprise leaders.
  • Drive impactful proposals, RFP responses, and product demos.
  • Ensure retention of strategic accounts with cross-selling and upselling.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track KPIs, state-level sales performance, and conversion ratios.
  • Present consolidated MIS reports to the Country Sales Head.
  • Recommend strategic actions for regional scalability.

6. Talent Development & Team Building

  • Recruit and mentor regional/state sales managers.
  • Organize training, performance workshops, and regular reviews.
  • Build a high-performance culture of accountability and ownership.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with delivery, finance, and product teams for successful execution.
  • Share market insights to guide product development and marketing campaigns.

8. Representation & Outreach

  • Represent Bhionix Group at national and regional expos, government forums, and industry associations.
  • Build networks with IT clusters, startup incubators, and chambers of commerce.
Daily Activities
  • Align daily targets with state sales managers.
  • Review pipeline progress, negotiations, and closures.
  • Engage directly with high-value prospects and CXO stakeholders.
  • Contribute insights for regional forecasting and annual planning.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or IT; MBA preferred.
  • Experience:

    6–10 years in IT/SaaS/consulting sales with at least 3 years in regional leadership.
  • Exposure:

    Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR, UP, Punjab, Haryana, and government contracting.
Key Skills
  • Regional leadership with multi-city team management experience.
  • B2B and B2G sales expertise in IT, SaaS, and consulting solutions.
  • Consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building with CXOs.
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) with strong reporting skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and forecasting abilities.
