Regional Project Manager

Position Overview:

Regional AV Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
• Ensure that all systems are delivered to high technical standards and in compliance with industry best practices and client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
• Strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX), audio DSPs, and display and projection technologies.
• Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, CTS-D, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project deployments as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with global teams and international clients.
• Familiarity with IT/AV convergence and enterprise AV standards.
