Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized

Regional AV Project Manager

to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of audiovisual integration projects across the region. This includes full project ownership—from planning and execution to final handover—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. The position may require occasional international travel for project deployment and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases
  • Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis
  • Ensure that all systems are delivered to high technical standards and in compliance with industry best practices and client requirements
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity
  • Strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX), audio DSPs, and display and projection technologies
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • PMP, CTS-D, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project deployments as required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global teams and international clients
  • Familiarity with IT/AV convergence and enterprise AV standards
