Negotiate and close large-scale sales contracts and turnkey installation projects. Conduct product presentations, seminars, and technical discussions with stakeholders. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching, and ensure alignment with company goals. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support business growth. Market Intelligence & Strategy Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Operational Responsibilities Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer credit discipline. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (preferred) or equivalent. MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing (added advantage). Minimum 10–15 years of sales experience in electrical equipment manufacturing, power systems, or industrial solutions. Strong network with consultants, EPCs, contractors, and industrial buyers.

Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company balances. Ensure timely posting of entries in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP, etc.). 2. Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance requirements. 3. Taxation & Compliance Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. Budgeting & Analysis Support the finance team in preparing budgets and forecasts. Monitor expenses and report variances to management.
