Regional Marketing Lead

• Develop and execute region-specific marketing plans to achieve brand and business objectives.

• Plan and implement impactful ATL BTL campaigns , including outdoor media, local events, print, and digital promotions.

• Lead school and college liaisoning to conduct seminars, counseling sessions, and awareness drives.

• Drive footfall and admissions through targeted engagement initiatives.

• Collaborate with sales and academic teams to support enrollment and revenue targets.

• Analyze campaign performance, optimize marketing spends, and track ROI.

• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and adherence to corporate marketing standards.

• Stay updated on regional competition and market trends to adapt strategies effectively.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in EdTech or Offline Coaching).

• Proven expertise in student acquisition and on-ground marketing .

• Strong understanding of ATL/BTL execution and regional marketing dynamics.

• Fluency in Tamil (for Chennai) or Kannada (for Bangalore) is mandatory.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• MBA preferred.

• Familiarity with the local educational ecosystem in Chennai or Bangalore.
