Regional Manager

Job Summary:

As a Regional Manager at Tity Global Pvt Ltd, you will lead business
operations, client relationships, and team growth within your region. Youwill be responsible for driving sales, managing strategic partnerships, andensuring that regional targets align with the company’s vision of innovationand excellence.Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee all business operations, projects, and sales initiatives within
the assigned region. Lead and mentor regional teams to deliver exceptional client serviceand achieve performance goals. Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with companyobjectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in software services,startup programs, and technology projects. Build and maintain strong client and institutional partnerships(colleges, startups, enterprises). Monitor regional performance metrics, project outcomes, and salestargets. Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Marketing, HR, andOperations) to ensure smooth project execution. Represent Tity Global in regional workshops, startup events, andclient meetings. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, andethical business practices. Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for the region.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing,or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in regional management, businessdevelopment, or operations—preferably in IT, software services,or technology sectors. Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record ofmanaging teams. Proven ability to develop and execute regional business strategies. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Good understanding of software, digital services, and technology-driven markets. Willingness to travel across the region.Key Attributes:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
