Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai offers a unique opportunity to be a key driver in advancing Agappe’s footprint in Core Diagnostic instruments. As a Regional Manager, you will be the face of the brand in your territory, leading growth through your expertise, passion, and deep understanding of diagnostic solutions.

You will independently manage your region, build strong customer trust, and ensure our instruments reach the right labs and partners. From demonstrating analyzers to supporting smooth implementations, your contribution will directly influence healthcare outcomes across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the IVD industry

• Science background (BSc, MSc, B.Tech/Biotech, or equivalent)

• Strong Sales and Business Development skills

• Excellent Client Relationship Management abilities

• Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to understand customer needs and market trends

• Ability to work independently, manage territory responsibilities, and meet performance targets

• Strong communication and presentation skills
