Role & responsibilities 1) Business Growth & Revenue generation: - Drive onboarding and activation of MISPs to meet business growth & revenue targets for the assigned Punjab and Haryana 2) Strategic Planning: - Expand motor insurance penetration for Mahindra tractors, Swaraj tractors, Classic legends 2wh and MTBD vehicles. Boost MISP onboarding across all motor dealer segments. 3) Sales & Target Management: Achieve monthly insurance premium targets. Grow MIBL penetration in existing MISPs & onboard new MISPS to meet premium and Revenue goals. Ensure effective and impactful travel plans for self. 4) Relationship Management: - Maintain key relationships with dealers / OEMs & insurance companies across the Region / Area. 5)Compliance: - Ensure MISPs and POSPs adhere to the IRDA guidelines and MIBL policies. Ensure 100% 64vb compliance for all booked policies.
