Regional Manager

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for conducting the selection, induction, training, and scheduling of candidates in your assigned areas. It will be your duty to plan and communicate job prospects through various mediums such as mail, phone, or in-person interactions. You will also be required to monitor and review completed work while adhering to the policies and procedures provided by the management. In addition to the above, you will play a crucial role in providing regional sales information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews. This will involve the preparation and completion of sales action plans, as well as the enhancement of customer service standards. You will need to identify new trends, resolve problems, suggest sales improvements, and implement the necessary changes to achieve the desired outcomes. Your responsibilities will also include identifying new customers, maintaining and expanding the current customer base, and fostering good relationships with key customers. You will be expected to recommend new product opportunities, service enhancements, and package changes while keeping a close eye on competitors in the market. Furthermore, you will be tasked with meeting regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, analyzing expenditures, and taking corrective measures as needed to ensure the attainment of set goals.
