Job responsibilities for Regional Manager in milk Collection

1. Managing the people in project Implementation, Setting the mission for the project implementation and execution, Training the people, Motivate and develop the people towards to the mission.

2. To achieve the targeted quantity of milk as per the monthly/ yearly target and to have a skills on Computer systems , Legal , People Management and Tableau analytical skills

3. Monitor and develop milk procurement sources, negotiate the agreements and ensure quality supply as per requirements throughout the year

4. Check with the daily milk landing in time and dispatch of milk to the internal customer

5. To maintain Highest MBRT of all milk which purchased from local and outside area with cost effectiveness.

6. Supply the Required assets like IBT, BMC, TMCC with the Quantity required and track the records of the same for implementations.

7. Monitor the Assets and Workings status.

8. Follow-up the preventive maintenance work.

9. Follow-up the licencing activities- FSSAI, Weighing scale, Local Licence, PCB

10. Managing the Loans and advance records and follow up the issues.

11. Collect the Market environment reports from the field and give it to the management.

12. Manage teams hierarchically and cross functionally.

13. Ensuring technical inputs to Milk Procurement team, Maintaining /monitoring operation of TMCCs /chilling centres.

14. Negotiate with vendor and bring the milk in time with coordinating all kind of transport with optimum cost to the company

15. Planned manpower for handling the BMC to be trained with help of HR and recruitment.

16. To operate the BMC/CC with minimum operational cost

17. Identifying the training needs of the Vendor, farmer, supervisor and proper training to be implemented.

18. Whenever the skills to be improved the vendor to be re trained on MBRT/adulteration.

19. To coordinate with finance department and making prompt payments to the vendor and Farmer at stipulated time if any disputes.

20. Collection and maintenance of data relating to Procurement of milk –weekly update on Competitors data for management information system.

21. Coordinating with Vets for Farmers engagement program

22. Guardian and responsible for all assets.

23. Cost control and capacity utilisation must be aligned with the target.

24. To participate actively in quality improvement activities.

Job responsibilities for Area Manager in milk Collection

1. To achieve the targeted quantity of milk as per the monthly/ yearly target. Monitor and develop milk procurement sources, ensure quality supply as per requirements throughout the year

2. Check with the daily milk landing in time and dispatch of milk to the internal customer

3. To maintain Highest MBRT of all milk which purchased from local and outside area with cost effectiveness.

4. Ensuring technical inputs to Milk Procurement team, Maintaining /monitoring operation of TMCCs /chilling centres.

5. To find out the nearest route and end route calculate the cost effectiveness and implement. Monitoring operation of transport system to ensure milk delivery from TMCCs to chilling centres and Chilling Centre to the Milk Plant

6. Negotiate with vendor and bring the milk in time with coordinating all kind of transport with optimum cost to the company

7. To maintain all statutory requirements as per the standards.

8. Planned manpower for handling the BMC to be trained with help of HR and recruitment.

9. To operate the BMC/CC with minimum operational cost

10. Identifying the training needs of the Vendor, farmer and proper training to be implemented.

11. Whenever the skills to be improved the vendor to be re trained on MBRT/adulteration.

12. Guardian and responsible for all assets.

15. To monitor the supply chain from farmer to the receiving plant
