Role & responsibilities Business Development: 1. Responsible for compliance with quality standards at Chilling Centers. 2. Assuring the test results for incoming milk & monitors CC Fat & SNF gain and losses. 3. Escalate any deviations not meeting as per the FSSAI requirements Process Development: 1. Visit to Chilling Centers every month to monitor the performance and ensure proper functioning of the CC. 2. Ensure the milk Analyzers calibration, & maintains the Analyzer credentials. 3. Identify deviations and blacklist agents in case of continuous supply of substandard milk. 4. Maintain hygiene and maintenance of CC on a regular basis. 5. Responsible for Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in the milk procurement process and quality control procedures. This might involve suggesting process changes, equipment upgrades, or training initiatives to enhance overall quality. 13. Responsible for handling quality-related issues that might arise during milk procurement, processing, or distribution. This involves identifying the root causes of problems and implementing corrective actions. 14. Responsible for analyzing the data related to milk quality, testing results, and process efficiency to make informed decisions and recommendations for process optimization. 15.
