Role Overview: As a Regional Head-Corporate Salary, your role involves monitoring, strategizing, and driving execution across the bank's corporate salary business at a regional level. Your responsibilities include enhancing corporate tie-ups, increasing employee salary account penetration, ensuring customer retention, and optimizing cross-sell opportunities. You will also be responsible for increasing customer engagement by cross-selling banking products and assisting branches with product and process queries. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee the corporate salary account strategy at the region-level, ensuring branches meet acquisition and retention goals. - Own and manage the corporate salary business budget at the region level, optimizing costs and driving revenue growth. - Monitor corporate salary account inflows, attrition trends, and account activity to ensure portfolio stability and growth. - Work closely with Corporate Salary managers to track new corporate tie-ups, activation rates, and customer engagement. - Support branches in achieving their revenue targets and ensure product penetration and contribution towards focused products. - Collaborate with various stakeholders in the region and drive cross-selling of retail banking products. - Ensure high service quality standards across corporate salary accounts and address escalations and service gaps promptly. Qualifications Required: - Graduate with on-the-job experience in Branch Banking products. - Post-graduate/MBA/Diploma in Banking & Finance or equivalent specialization is preferred. Additional Company Details: The Regional Head-Corporate Salary role involves overseeing the entire Corporate Salary portfolio for the region, managing a customer size of 25,000, and driving various income streams such as TPP income, MF income, and more.
