Job Title: Regional Head Location: Kochi Job Type: Full-time Reports To: AVP Sales & Support Job Summary: As a Regional Head, you will be responsible for driving the franchise expansion strategy. Your role will involve leading Sales & Support Managers to acquire franchise partners and achieve sales targets in the regions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and drive Sales & Support Managers to achieve franchise sales goals. - Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise sales strategy aligned with business objectives and regional growth plans. - Monitor regional sales performance, providing leadership and support to ensure targets are met or exceeded. - Identify and qualify potential franchisees through proactive research and networking. - Collaborate with Sales Managers to devise regional strategies and manage the pipeline effectively. - Support Sales & Support Managers in negotiations and closing franchise agreements. - Coordinate with marketing teams to create regional campaigns and events for franchise acquisition. - Oversee the entire franchise sales process in each region, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures. - Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and support for Sales Managers and Regional Heads. - Analyze competitor activity in each region to maintain a competitive advantage. - Ensure franchisees meet the company's qualification standards before onboarding. - Report regularly to the senior leadership team on regional sales performance and strategic adjustments. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). - 10-15 years of experience in franchise sales or business development, leading multi-region teams. - Success in managing and developing regional sales teams and exceeding sales targets. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience in franchise management or a similar field. - Willingness to travel extensively to manage and support regional teams.
