Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Center Head located in Kolkata. The Center Head will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the preschool, counselling & closing admission,managing staff, interacting with parents, and ensuring the implementation of the Seven Petal curriculum to promote holistic child development. Qualifications Leadership skills and experience in managing a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of early childhood education principlesOrganizational and administrative abilitiesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience in working with young children is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
