Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at NCrypted Helsinki, Finland, your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative business solutions with the aim of increasing revenue from the Nordic geographic region. You will be tasked with managing client accounts, devising new sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans to drive business growth. Your duties and responsibilities will include brainstorming with the business development team to create new project strategies, identifying sales opportunities to attract new clients, managing company and client expectations, reviewing timeframes and budgets, creating and delivering sales pitches, achieving sales objectives, managing client accounts, generating and pursuing new sales leads, organizing business meetings and one-on-one conversations with potential clients, attending networking events, negotiating sales contracts, preparing sales contracts in accordance with company guidelines, building long-term relationships with clients, maintaining sales and revenue records, making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment, fostering positive interactions with sales representatives, team leaders, managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results, motivating team members, enhancing customer experience, building brand loyalty, and staying updated on market and industry trends in the Nordic region. To excel in this role, you should be goal-oriented, organized, and a team player capable of motivating and leading others. You should possess strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and statistics, excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective time management abilities, self-motivation, experience in budget management, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to communicate fluently in person, on the phone, and via email. Furthermore, you should have a proven track record in Business Development, Sales/Pre-Sales, preferably in B2B Software Products/Services Sales, and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, sales, management, or a related field.
