Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at NCrypted in Helsinki, Finland, your role involves developing business solutions to increase revenue from the Nordic region. Your responsibilities include managing client accounts, brainstorming new project strategies, identifying sales opportunities, creating sales pitches, and executing sales objectives. You will be expected to attend networking events, negotiate sales contracts, and build long-term relationships with clients. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on market trends in the Nordic region. Key Responsibilities: - Brainstorm with the business development team to create new project strategies - Identify sales and services that appeal to new clients - Manage company and client expectations - Review timeframes and budgets - Create and execute sales pitches - Manage client accounts - Find and follow new sales leads - Arrange business meetings and conversations with prospective clients - Attend networking events - Negotiate sales contracts - Prepare and follow sales contracts according to company guidelines - Build trust and long-term relationships with clients - Manage records of sales, revenue, and important data - Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment - Motivate team members to exceed goals - Improve customer experience and build brand loyalty - Research market and industry trends in the Nordic region Qualifications Required: - Goal-oriented, organized team player - Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead - Experienced at analyzing data and sales statistics - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Self-motivated and self-directed - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluent in communication both in person and via email - Demonstrated sales results - Preferably 3-5 years of experience in sales, management, or related fields - Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, sales, management, or related field Please refer to the Business Development Manager job page for more details.,
