Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Regional Debt Manager to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with expertise in retail collections and debt management. Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the collections process for timely debt recovery.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve credit quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as collection efficiency and delinquency rates.

Job
Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
