Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Rapport building and liaising with national level Bankers and influencing policy level decisions of Banks
Train and guide RFEs for better performance on reduction of Retail Cycle Time
Tie-up with various banks/NBFCs/Other Financiers Guide RFEs to support for dealers/DSPs/AI/AM in the area for establishing practices that will improve conversion cycle from Billing to retail in the country
Coordinate with Regional level executives (through RFEs) of Retail Finance Companies & Banks to ensure better service is provided to TMTL dealers; including handling of operational & interfacing issue
Conduct training activities for Dealers/Regional teams to ensure increase in the competency levels with respect to retail finance norms
