Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Regional Debt Manager to join our team in Belagavi. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with expertise in retail MFB and collections.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee debt collection operations across multiple locations.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as collection rates and credit quality.

Job

Strong understanding of retail MFB and collections processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis.

Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems.
