Job Purpose:

• System development and maintenance
• Assisting Development Team to deliver of services and systems/platforms
• Helping in resolving system or usage issues
• Other related duties

Responsibilities:

• Develop applications and create reports in accordance with user and business requirements.
• Test and deploy applications.
• Provide application support for existing applications, including troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, data patching and handling ad-hoc user queries.
• Identify incidents and participate in problem management resolution by collecting and tracking data and progress.
• Work with other developers, external vendors, and infrastructure team to resolve any application issues.
• Develop technical documentation and create user manual.
• Handle cyber security when required.
• Participate in DRP and BCP.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or High Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Programming, IT or equivalent.
• Knowledge of PHP programming and CakePHP web frameworks preferred..
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries.
• Experience in web application development using PHP..
• Experience in database management (such as MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle and PL/SQL), Microsoft Power Platform (such as Power Pages, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate), WeChat mini program development and WordPress would be an advantage.
