Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Team Leader – Recruitment to manage and grow our delivery capability for Global Capability Centers (GCCs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and Telecom hiring, including niche skills like Data Center (DCACI), Cyber Security, High Touch Engineers, and similar complex roles. The role requires hands-on delivery, team management, and client engagement, with a sharp focus on C2H (Contract-to-Hire) staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality talent for GCC clients in the IT & Telecom domain.

● Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from understanding client requirements, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, to offer negotiation.

● Handle niche technology requirements such as Data Center ACI, Cyber Security, High Touch Support, and Network Engineers.

● Deep expertise in C2H hiring model with quick turnaround and quality mapping.

● Work closely with client stakeholders (Talent Acquisition / Hiring Managers) for delivery alignment and expectation management.

● Create and drive metrics-driven performance for the team (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, client satisfaction).

● Keep abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability in GCCs.

● Build and manage strong pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill roles.

● Ensure timely reporting and MIS updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

● Proven experience (6–9 years) in IT & Telecom recruitment with a focus on GCC clients.

● Strong exposure to contract-to-hire (C2H) hiring practices.

● Hands-on experience in hiring for niche technologies such as:

o DC ACI (Data Center Application Centric Infrastructure)

o Cyber Security Professionals

o High Touch Engineers / Network Support

o Cloud / Infra / DevOps roles

● Experience working with job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, and headhunting techniques.

● Strong team management skills — motivating, mentoring, and performance tracking.

● Excellent communication and client handling skills.

● Prior experience in a staffing agency or consulting setup is preferred.
