Job Description

Dear Candidates,


We are hiring for "Recruitment Specialist" to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Harman Finochem Ltd., ensuring timely onboarding of qualified talent in alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.


Job location: Shendra, Aurangabad


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

- Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding for across all departments.

2. Hiring Strategy & Execution

- Plan and execute bulk hiring drives for shop-floor and technical roles.

- Organize walk-in interviews, internal referral campaigns, and local recruitment initiatives.

- Manage mid- and senior-level hiring for technical and functional roles.

- Execute project-based hiring for expansion or contract requirements.

3. Sourcing & Screening

- Source candidates via job portals, social media, consultants, and campus tie-ups.

- Conduct profile screening and preliminary interviews.

- Coordinate with functional managers for technical evaluation and final selection.

4. Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs and role requirements.

- Share regular recruitment dashboards and hiring status updates with HR Head and management.

5. CTC Negotiation & Offer Management

- Conduct compensation discussions with shortlisted candidates in line with internal benchmarks and budget allocations.

- Ensure salary proposals are competitive and adhere to company’s cost structure and approval limits.

- Coordinate with HOD necessary approvals in case of budget deviations.

- Finalize offers, manage offer rollouts, and ensure smooth and timely onboarding.

6. Process Compliance & Documentation

- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, interview evaluations, and closure data.

- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, company policies, and applicable labor laws.


Key Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices in the pharmaceutical/API sector.

- Proven experience in bulk hiring and technical recruitment.

- Excellent English communication, coordination, and CTC negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, and recruitment tracking tools.

- High ownership, result orientation, and time management skills.
