Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager (Manufacturing, Capital Goods and Automobile industry Staffing Background). We exclusively deploy labour to the automotive industry in order to provide services.A Recruitment Manager in the staffing industry manages the full recruitment cycle, from defining job requirements to onboarding new hires, while also leading a team of recruiters and optimizing the hiring process. They are responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Crafting and executing strategies to attract qualified candidates using various channels like job boards, social media, and networking events.  Manage the Recruitment Process: Overseeing the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.  Lead and Manage a Recruitment Team: Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to a team of recruiters.  Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Working closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.  Optimize Recruitment Processes: Identifying areas for improvement in the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.  Ensure Compliance: Maintaining compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.  Build and Maintain Employer Brand: Developing and promoting a strong employer brand to attract top talent.  Utilize Data to Drive Decisions: Analyzing recruitment metrics and using data to make informed hiring decisions.  Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment: Extensive experience in the recruitment field, including experience with various sourcing methods and applicant tracking systems.  Strong leadership and management skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of recruiters.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.  Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software: Experience with various recruitment tools and technologies.  Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement.  Knowledge of employment laws and regulations: Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements.  Strong understanding of the staffing industry: Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities of the staffing industry.
