• Manage the recruitment process for contract labourers.
• Handle third-party vendors and maintain records of labour supply contracts, renewals, and documentation. • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory norms, and company policies.

Required Candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management. Familiarity with Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, wage laws, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR software.
