What You'll Do Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals, and achieving operational delivery targets Stakeholder Management: Regularly update internal and external stakeholders, hiring managers, and leadership teams on hiring progress, market trends, and strategic hiring plans. End-to-End Recruitment: Drive the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Reporting : Deliver weekly and Monthly management Information reporting request ATS & Data Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently, alongside manual data tracking, to ensure streamlined hiring operations. Innovative Hiring Strategies: Develop and implement creative hiring solutions, talent mapping, and strategic sourcing to attract top IT talent across emerging technologies. Fast-Paced Execution: Deliver quick turnaround results while maintaining the highest standards of quality in hiring. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest technologies, recruitment trends, and talent market dynamics to refine hiring strategies. IT Consulting Recruitment: Experience in hiring for IT Consulting and professional services roles, including niche, high-demand technology positions. Process Improvement: Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience. What You Know A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on IT consulting and latest technology hiring. Successful track record recruiting for the IT Service based industry Adapt and build trusted relationship with all the stake holders Proven experience in leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and manual data handling. Ability to create and execute innovative and out-of-the-box hiring strategies. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven hiring decisions. Expertise in hiring for cutting-edge technologies (ADM, DevOps, Full-stack Development, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines with quick turnaround results. Understanding of market trends and competitive hiring practices within the IT consulting industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education Bachelor’s of any degree is required.
