About the Role

Recruitment Executives

Key Responsibilities

For Recruitment Executives (Full-time)

Make outbound calls to candidates who have applied for job vacancies.
Validate candidate details (education, experience, skills, salary, location).
Share job details, assess fit, and line up interviews.
Follow up with candidates and recruiters for timely closures.
Maintain accurate candidate records in CRM/recruitment database.
Meet daily/weekly validation and closure targets.

For Interns (Learning + Support Role)

Assist recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates from portals, social media, and databases.
Support in validating candidate profiles and conducting preliminary calls.
Learn interview coordination and scheduling.
Gain exposure to maintaining candidate data in CRM/ATS.
Shadow senior consultants to understand client servicing and end-to-end recruitment.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (Interns: students or recent graduates also eligible).
Experience:
No bar. Freshers welcome.
Background in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, or recruitment support is preferred but not mandatory.
Good spoken English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
Confident, target-oriented, and comfortable with phone-based interactions.
