Recruitment Executive

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to join our Human Resources department in Navi Mumbai, India on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our full-cycle recruiting process. Your main responsibilities will include building the employer brand to attract and acquire talent, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determining selection criteria, and sourcing potential candidates through various online channels such as social platforms, professional networks, and job sites. You will also be involved in planning interview and selection procedures, designing job descriptions, and structuring interview questions. Additionally, you will be expected to organize and participate in campus placements, job fairs, and recruitment events, as well as forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates will also be a key part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 3 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition professional and be familiar with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, various interview techniques, and evaluation methods is required, along with knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, an understanding of all roles within the organization, and proficiency in MS-Office are also necessary. A degree such as an MBA or Diploma in Human Resources or a relevant field is preferred. You should be agile, fast-paced, think and act strategically, demonstrate a high level of integrity and stability, possess business acumen, and maintain a customer focus.
