Job Description

Recruiter Job Description: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from understanding job requirements to onboarding the selected candidates. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define job descriptions, role expectations, and hiring needs. Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, employee referrals, and social media platforms. Screen and shortlist resumes based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct interviews (telephonic/video/in-person) and assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback. Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for selected candidates. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Meet monthly hiring targets and maintain defined recruitment SLAs. Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
