Recruitment Associate

A Recruitment Associate provides essential support throughout the hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates using job ads and networking to scheduling interviews and managing candidate databases. Key responsibilities include assisting with offer letters, processing paperwork like background checks, and maintaining strong communication with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure efficient and organized hiring processes.  Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates using job postings, online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate fit for specific roles.  Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview teams.  Candidate Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, answering questions, providing updates, and assisting with any issues that arise during the process.  Hiring Manager Collaboration: Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand job requirements, timing, and strategy. Maintain regular contact to provide status updates and gather feedback.  Administrative Tasks: Draft offer letters and related documents, process new hire paperwork, and manage background checks and reference checks.  Data Management: Maintain the accuracy of candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR software.  Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding of new hires by preparing paperwork and coordinating necessary pre-employment activities.  Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and systems to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
