Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from understanding client requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, to final onboarding. Handle diverse hiring needs across IT, Non-IT, Technical, and Non-Technical roles for clients across India. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, databases, social media, and professional networks. Coordinate and manage interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and a positive candidate experience. Maintain and build strong client relationships, ensuring recruitment delivery meets business expectations. Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and analytics for performance tracking. Support salary negotiations and assist in closing offers within client budgets and timelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation is mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT, Non-IT, Technical, and Non-Technical). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders – clients, candidates, and internal teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
