We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Associate with 2+ years of experience in tech hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (software engineers, QA, DevOps, product managers, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
• Conduct screening calls, technical assessments, and interview coordination.

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

• Source candidates using multiple channels: LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking events, and niche tech communities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Engage passive candidates and nurture long-term relationships.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers regarding candidate selection, market trends, and competitive benchmarks.
• Coordinate feedback between interviewers and candidates efficiently.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS..
• Track hiring metrics, prepare dashboards, and report on recruitment progress.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to recruitment processes.

Employer Branding & Market Research

• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top tech talent.
• Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
• Represent the company at tech events, job fairs, and community meetups if and when required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in tech recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies (Java, Frontend/Backend, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Good to have

• Experience recruiting in startups, mid-size tech companies, or product-based organizations.
• Familiarity with campus hiring for tech roles.
• Exposure to diversity hiring initiatives in tech.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
