🚀 We’re Hiring!!! Recruitment Associate 💼 The WorldGrad - India’s leading international education provider - is expanding its outreach team in hashtag#Surat! We’re looking for a driven and energetic Recruitment Associate to lead on-ground student engagement across the city. 📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat (should be flexible to travel across Gujarat) 🌍 What You’ll Do: • Execute outreach activities across schools, coaching centres & youth hubs • Conduct seminars, presentations & student/parent info sessions • Generate high-quality leads and submit them to our recruitment partners • Track, follow up & support counsellors to maximise conversions • Build brand visibility across Surat & Gujarat 🎓 You’re a Great Fit If You Have: • 2+ years of on-ground activation / lead-gen / marketing or sales experience • Strong communication & presentation skills • Ability to travel & manage events end-to-end • A proactive, self-driven mindset (education sector experience is a plus!)
