Recruitment Associate

A Recruitment Associate supports the recruitment process by assisting with sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles within an organization. They work closely with recruiters or the HR department to identify, attract, and engage qualified individuals, contributing to the overall talent acquisition strategy. This role often involves administrative tasks, such as maintaining databases and coordinating interviews.  Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Screening: Identifying potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.), reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings (phone or video interviews).  Candidate Relationship Management: Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, and gathering feedback.  Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews, managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth interview process for both candidates and hiring managers.  Maintaining Applicant Tracking Systems: Updating candidate information, tracking progress, and ensuring data accuracy within the applicant tracking system (ATS).  Supporting Recruitment Strategy: Contributing to the overall recruitment strategy by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.  Administrative Tasks: Preparing reports, drafting offer letters, and providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
