Job Description

We’re hiring a dedicated Recruitment Associate to join our growing HR team. Your sole focus will be managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from understanding the JD to ensuring a smooth joining experience. You won’t be pulled into general HR work — your domain is pure hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment across all departments
Job posting, sourcing, screening, and coordination
Regular communication with hiring managers
