Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an IT Talent Acquisition Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience to start or build their career in recruitment. You’ll support the end-to-end hiring process for IT roles across the organization and work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Support recruitment marketing initiatives (e.g., job postings, social media updates, and career fairs).
• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies when needed.
• Assist in offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internship or freelance experience counts).
• Interest in or exposure to IT/technical recruitment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
