Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Draft and publish engaging job postings across platforms.
• Maintain candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
• Stay updated on modern recruitment tools and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (freshers are welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, and job portals (or eagerness to learn).
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset.

• Language Requirement:

  Proficiency in English and Hindi (ability to communicate with candidates across regions).
