The Supply Chain team is responsible for making sure the rarest materials, components - custom or otherwise, and precision tools move through the system without friction — and at volumes the world hasn’t attempted before; Think of lakhs of drones to be made in a single day This isn’t just about sourcing parts. The processes we’re working with — for composites, tooling, and fabrication — are unconventional and constantly evolving. You’ll need to work with R&D, vendors, and manufacturing teams to solve problems no one has solved yet. We’re not looking for procurement managers. We’re looking for systems thinkers, operational hackers, and people who love figuring out how to move matter at massive scale. If we want to deliver billions of packages, we need to build a supply chain that moves at the speed of flight — and that starts here. Key Responsibilities: Record all incoming and outgoing items (raw materials, tools, and components) accurately in the tracking system. Maintain proper labeling and storage of inventory to ensure easy identification and retrieval. Conduct daily checks to verify stock levels and report discrepancies or issues to the Inventory Lead. Prepare end-of-day reports summarizing material movement, usage, and any anomalies. Assist with physical stock counts and routine audits. Support with minor operational or housekeeping tasks within the inventory and workshop area. Follow established safety and handling procedures for tools, machines, and materials. Ensure the inventory area remains clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times. Requirements: Basic understanding of inventory management or operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and consistency in maintaining records. Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with MS Excel or inventory tracking tools (training will be provided). Reliable, disciplined, and proactive in reporting issues. What We Are Looking For Possesses a sharp sense of judgment and a keen eye to flag inventory risks , shortages, or critical issues in real time. Highly disciplined and process-driven , with a rule-oriented mindset to ensure zero wastage, proper documentation, and tight inventory control. Highly proactive and meticulous in tracking the movement of materials across locations, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Preference for someone already living in Bangalore since this role majorly involves largely tracking and recording inventory movement. About the Role We’re looking for a Junior Recruitment Associate who’s curious, people-smart, and eager to learn the ropes of hiring in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment. You’ll be the bridge between Airbound’s teams and the amazing talent we bring on board — ensuring that every candidate experience is seamless, thoughtful, and aligned with who we are. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help source, screen, and coordinate candidates for a wide range of roles — from engineering and manufacturing to operations and design. You’ll learn how great teams are built and what it takes to identify the right mix of skill, mindset, and culture fit. What You’ll Do Source and engage candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals. Review and verify resumes for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring alignment with role requirements. Learn to understand hiring needs directly from managers — translating those into clear screening criteria. Assess candidates not just for their technical skills, but also for their communication, attitude, and fit with Airbound’s culture and values. Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate with internal teams, and keep everything on track through organized follow-ups and reports. Maintain up-to-date records on candidate progress and hiring pipelines. Support recruitment campaigns, outreach messages, and small projects to improve the overall hiring experience. What We’re Looking For Someone with solid interpersonal and communication skills — approachable, professional, and confident in engaging with people. A quick learner who can grasp technical roles and understand what each team looks for in candidates (you’ll get plenty of exposure to our engineering and R&D teams). Ability to assess and read people ; verify whether their resume actually matches their real-life experiences, attitude and skillsets. Detail-oriented and organized — you like keeping things in order and closing loops. Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and online hiring tools. ATS experience is welcome. Prior internship or 6–12 months of experience in HR, recruitment, or coordination is a plus (but not mandatory).
