Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate who has hands-on experience managing end-to-end hiring processes. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent who resonate with our culture and values. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle – from understanding hiring needs to onboarding candidates. Source potential candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.). Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews to assess fitment. Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers. Assist in employer branding initiatives and job postings. What We’re Looking For 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in tech or fast-paced environments). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Comfortable using ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
