You will play a crucial role in helping us identify and attract top talent.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assisting senior recruiters in the end-to-end recruitment process.- Sourcing potential candidates through various online channels, such as professional networks, social media, and job portals.- Screening resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.- Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers.- Maintaining and updating the candidate database with accurate and current information.- Preparing and posting job descriptions on different platforms.- Assisting in the creation of recruitment reports and analyzing key metrics like time-to-hire and source of hire.POSITION TYPE:Please note that this is a freelance or contract-based position. It offers flexibility and is an excellent opportunity to build your portfolio while gaining substantial industry experience.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any field.
