Role Overview: As an HR Recruitment Operations professional at our company in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for maintaining applicants" records, preparing job descriptions based on requirements, utilizing job portals for in-house postings, handling candidate and employer confirmations through portals, shortlisting resumes, coordinating with clients for necessary requirements, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
