VICE PRESIDENT - OPERATIONS

Description:

A Vice President - Operations who can manage operations regarding the Manufacturing product. Quick and Practical decision-making power settings. Tracking metrics and ensuring targets are achieved to inform decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. 8–10 years of experience in the pump manufacturing industry.
2. Strong understanding of industrial pump mechanisms and operations.
3. Proficient in developing SOPs and processes for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.
4. Experienced in coordinating with shop-floor teams and senior management to support strategic planning and identify operational gaps.
5. Skilled in implementing tracking systems and processes for machine installation, utilization, and performance assessment.
6. Capable of building functional frameworks for organizational growth, planning mechanisms, and aligning strategies with emerging demands.
7. Knowledgeable in creating innovative ideas and strategic processes (SPs) to support continuous improvement and recurring growth.

Requisite Skills:

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Proficient understanding of key mechanical concepts.
3. Good knowledge of engineering products and their operational mechanisms.
4. Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective client-handling approach.
5. Experience in conducting meetings with the CEO and other senior authorities
