We are searching for a VP Operations for a leading Textile Company in Ludhiana, for their Spinning Division.
• Develop and implement production strategies ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Monitor key operational metrics (efficiency, cost/kg, quality, energy, manpower) and
drive continual improvement.
• Lead modernization, automation, and technology upgradation projects.
• Ensure consistent quality across units through strong process control and QA
systems.
• Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and finance to align production with market demand and profitability targets.
• Drive cost leadership through energy optimization, waste reduction, and productivity
improvement programs.
• Provide leadership to Unit Heads / General Managers, ensuring capability development and succession planning.
• Maintain high standards of statutory compliance, EHS, and sustainability initiatives
(ISO, Oeko-Tex, ZDHC, etc.).
• Represent production function in corporate planning and board reviews.
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Textile Technology
• 20+ years in large-scale spinning operations with at least 5 years in a corporate leadership role.
