Understanding requirements of new developments, assessing usability, discussion, negotiation & implementation D. Facilitating integration of ERP, Myteams with PMS and alike 2. PMS Review & Monitoring A. Track, Review & Analyse projects in PMS B. Facilitating decision making process with HoD's for off track projects as per PMS C. Highlighting delayed projects to HoD's and discussion for corrective action D. Data export & represntation for MIS 3. Labor Productivity Review & Monitoring A. Review, Analyse & Highlighting Labor in PMS after integration of myteams B. Highlighting labor deployement against no DPR & Delay 4. Managing WRM A. WRM Information circulation, Analysis & Collection from all regions B. Circulation collected data after collating to DLT 5. Managing DLM A. Facilitating DLM B. Circulation & Collection of DLM data/information C. Making MoM's & Pointing out major notes/ decisions and documenting the same. 6. Managing MI A. Facilitating MI reviews B. Circulation of informations C. Collection of Datas from DLT and Colating the same D. Updation of data in platforms 7. Managing Sales Forecast A. Intimation of Opening & Closing Forecats in ERP B.
