Role & responsibilities

Position summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Leadership, Management and Vision necessary to exploit business potential of BFPL products and take the business on growth path. He will also ensure that the Plant has proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, policies and people systems in place to run it effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
• Define Operational strategy recommendations based on market research
• Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
• Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• Candidate has to be from small, medium scale Hydraulic industry or should have exposure to hydraulic industry
• BE Mechanical and MBA - Operations/Finance/Marketing with min 20 years of experience in Engineering manufacturing unit
• Strategic planning and business development experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
