Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering innovative and value-adding analysis, insight and presentations
• Delivering an exceptionally high level of objective insight advice based on analytics to support recruitment strategies and tactics
• Collaborating and communicating with stakeholders
• Delivering analytical outputs and presentations
• Working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure the analysis to deliver analytical results, driving strategy and ensuring analytics deliver recruitment objectives
• Taking analytical recommendations and supporting implementation of them, working with stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive tangible improvements
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the drivers of cost and revenue through analysis of trends, KPIs, root cause and other applicable analytical techniques

Key skills and knowledge:

• Excellent numeracy, written, communication, planning, organisational, problem solving, time management, people management, prioritisation and influencing skills
• Experience in using BI and analysis tools to manipulate and analyse large volumes of data is advantageous
• Demonstrable logical thought process as well as methodological approach to problem solving and analytics
• Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
• Knowledge of recruitment
• Innovative problem solving skills
• Understanding and practical use of segmentation and predictive modelling techniques
• Experience in analysis of unstructured data such as speech, text and web data
• Ability to make complex analytics simple to understand for our stakeholders
• Ability to create high level presentations, papers, documentation as well as work under pressure and meet deadlines
